1.About us

Welcome to the official online store of Miniconf S.p.a. In these pages you can find the products from our iDO brand, owned by Miniconf S.p.a., view them, check out their features and decide to have them delivered directly to your home.
We have created this space to allow you to live an agreeable browsing and storeping experience that is consistent with our values.

1.1 Disclaimer clause

Miniconf S.p.a. shall not be held responsible for any errors or for any loss or damage caused by or deriving from customers' reliance on information obtained from this site. This site and the information contained therein may also be subject to change at any time and without prior or subsequent notification.

1.2 Limitation of liability and damages

Miniconf S.p.a. cannot be held in any way responsible for actual, direct, indirect, incidental, emerging or any other type of damage resulting from the use or inability to use the information, products or material on the site or related to the quality of same. Because the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted in some countries, these exclusions and limitations in whole or in part may not apply to the customer.

2.How to purchase

On the homepage and menus you will find links to products and categories. You will find indications on how to order, how to pay, how the goods will be delivered and how you can change them if you so wish.
While completing the order, you will be asked for some personal data necessary for the delivery of the products and you will be offered the possibility to register at the online store www.ido.it by entering your email and choosing a password to speed up future accesses.
The personal data will be processed according to current legislation and used strictly within the limits of the privacy statement that you will read and accept at the time of registration.
The iDO online store cannot process any order with respect to customers who do not accept the processing of personal data. No credit card data will be collected or registered by Miniconf S.p.a. You will find further information on payment security in paragraph 4 below.

3.Confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the order

Once an order has been received, Miniconf S.p.a. will automatically send a confirmation of receipt by email, in which all the details of the order will be recapitulated. At the same time as acceptance, Miniconf S.p.a. will process the payment. A confirmation email will be sent at the time of shipment of the goods; to this communication will be attached the code necessary for tracking the shipment.
In the event of Miniconf S.p.a., for any reason, not being able to fill an order received even partially, Miniconf S.p.a. will promptly inform the customer, if possible proposing an alternative.
Any right of the customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order.
If a purchase has been made in the iDO online store, all the information regarding the order can be checked out by following the link "My orders" after authenticating with the email address and password chosen during registration. You will be reminded of the date of the order, the products ordered, the total amount, the address the shipment is to be made to and the fill status.
You can also check the contents of the order being filled out by following the "Storeping Cart" link.
You can communicate at any time with the Miniconf S.p.a. customer service to resolve any doubts or request additional information.


The iDO.it online store accepts payments by PayPal, credit cards from the Visa, Maestro, MasterCard circuits and their respective subcircuits, MyBank, bank transfer and cash on delivery. You can choose between these payment methods at the end of the order process.
In no case can Miniconf S.p.a. accept cash payments, either directly or by post.
Note: This online store operates from Italy and all transactions take place in euros (unless otherwise specified).

4.1 PayPal

PayPal allows any company or consumer with an email address to send and receive payments securely.
By selecting the PayPal payment system you access PayPal's secure site. Here, if you already have a PayPal account, you simply authorise the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, after registering for free and providing your credit card details (also a prepaid card, such as Postepay), you will be able to make payments to Miniconf S.p.a.
You can also use your bank account to fuel the PayPal account from which you will subsequently make payments. The use of PayPal, as an online payment instrument, is free of charge.

4.2 Credit card

You can pay in the iDO online store using credit cards belonging to the VISA, Maestro, Mastercard circuits and respective secondary circuits.
Payment is made on a secure server (SSL) with encryption key. Thanks to the advanced technologies used on the site your information and your payments are always safe. We pay great attention to the security of the data transmitted and that's why we have chosen advanced payment systems. When you make a payment the data are transmitted with a secure encrypted connection directly to the payment platform. For this reason ido.it is not made aware of any data related to your credit card. The HTTPS protocol and SSL certificate are present on this site. The HTTPS protocol (HypertText Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer) protects the integrity and confidentiality of data. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology is essential for sites that require users to enter sensitive information or data necessary to authorise online payments. With this system all your credit card details go directly to the bank in charge of taking payment on an encrypted and secure connection. No individual within Miniconf S.p.a. or on the Internet has access to your credit card information at the moment you send it or at any other time.
Your credit card statement will show the charge as Miniconf S.p.a.
The amount is charged to the credit card as soon as Miniconf S.p.a. processes the order.
Orders paid by credit card are the fastest to be processed as Miniconf S.p.a. is notified of the payment instantantly.
In the interests of credit card transaction security, the customer will be asked to enter the secure code, failing which the transaction cannot be accepted.

4.3 Bank transfer

In the event of payment by bank transfer, the customer must make the transfer to the bank indicated in the confirmation email, indicating the order number communicated by Miniconf S.p.a at the time of confirmation of same. The goods will be shipped only upon receipt of the payment confirmation.

4.4 Cash-on-delivery

If payment is by COD, upon arrival of the package, customers will pay the courier the amount of the order including shipping costs. This service has a surcharge of € 7.00.
It will not be possible to use the COD payment method for orders with delivery at the point of sale. For such orders the payment methods accepted on the website www.ido.it are bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and MyBank.

5.Shipment and delivery

To ensure fast delivery, the Miniconf S.p.a. online store relies on the best express couriers selected according to destination. The shipping cost will be shown in the cart and will be added to the order total during the purchase process that will be charged at the time of payment. Nothing will be due to the courier at the time of delivery, except in the case of cash on delivery.

5.1 Order processing

Orders are processed from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.30 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Holidays are excluded.
Orders for available products will be filled within 3 working days from receipt of payment. All stages of the process and order status will be shown in your personal account.
To review and check order information, please log into your account and click on the "My Orders" page. (visible on all pages of the Miniconf online store). Then click on the order number to view the details.

5.2 Order tracking

You can view the "Status" of an order from the "My Orders" page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an "Order tracking" number. By entering this number in the appropriate area of the site you will be able to monitor the status of the shipment

6.Shipping costs

Sales on the site www.ido.it are active in Italy for the Italian version of the site www.ido.it because in the Italian version of the site you can only buy from Italy with delivery in Italy. The shipping costs displayed are calculated according to the quantity of products in the cart. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the purchase process.

7.Returns policy

Products must be returned within 14 working days after delivery.
Returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returned products must have all their original labels and must be in their original packaging.
It is mandatory to complete the return procedure as specified in the general conditions of sale.

7.1 Change of goods

To exercise your right of withdrawal you can request a change of goods within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
a. The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
b. the identification tag must be attached to the products;
c. the products must be returned unused and intact in their original packaging;
d. Miniconf S.p.a. reserves the right not to accept damaged and/or used garments;
e. returned products must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
In the case of a return made by a user not registered on the site, the cost of returning the product(s) to Miniconf S.p.a.'s warehouse, either by courier or by post, is the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
If goods are changed, the new product/s will be shipped once Miniconf S.p.a. has received the original product/s. If you do not want your goods to be changed you can request a refund.
First of all, please email customerservice@ido.it or call 0575/533444 about your intention to make a return.
Miniconf S.p.a. is responsible for the administrative costs of the refund. On the contrary, all shipping costs regarding the product, whether by courier or by post, are charged to the customer. The customer will then be refunded the value of the returned product.
(1) The store operates within the European Union, so all transactions, even in local currency, are converted into euros following payment by the customer.
(2) Returned products, paid for by bank transfer, are refunded by bank transfer. For the refund, the customer must communicate bank details to the customer service department. The required data are IBAN and the name of the account holder.
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives at the Miniconf S.p.a. warehouse and its integrity has been verified.
NB: if the payment is made by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks before showing up on your statement. The refund will be displayed on your statement with the description Miniconf S.p.a.

8.Customer assistance

All information on the status of orders will be displayed on the customer’s account to which they will have access once registered via email and password.

Miniconf S.p.a.’s customer service will answer the customer's questions from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.and from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., excluding holidays.

9.Copyright and brands

The design of the website www.ido.it and all the material contained therein (the brands, logos, HTML code, scripts, copy, designs, images and products) are an integral part of the iDO online store and are protected by copyright. Any unauthorised use of such content such as copying, inclusion in frames and association with content not originating from this online store is not permitted and will be prosecuted under the law
