Miniconf Spa, based in Ortignano (AR), Via Provinciale 1 / A, VAT number 00249390519, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), releases this information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 to those who intend to register on the site www.ido.it (the "Website"), communicating that the processing of data is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, thus protecting the confidentiality and customer rights.
Personal data is collected by Miniconf S.p.a. through the Website by means of the specific form provided therein.

Purpose of the processing of personal data

The personal data collected will be processed electronically or manually for the following purposes:
1. management of navigation operations on the Website;
2. management of security on the Website;
3. fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations;
4. exercise of rights in court of jurisdiction;
5. management of sales and transactions carried out in the context of the Website;
6. management of orders, sale and delivery of products;
7. management of returns and warranties and other activities necessary for the sale of products through the Website;
8. contacting the user, including via email and cell phone, for any problems relating to order processing or subsequent requests relating to the order;
9. compliance with legal obligations deriving from tax and accounting regulations and any other current legislation to which Miniconf is bound or compliance with the measures legitimately taken by the competent authorities;
10. sending, with express consent, commercial messages relating to Miniconf and its products, services, promotions as well as cultural initiatives and events organised by Miniconf (so-called direct marketing purposes);
11. addition, with prior express consent, to Miniconf's customer database to draw up a customer profile as well as to analyse data relating to customer preferences (so-called profiling purposes).

Subjects involved in the processing

Personal data will be processed by our specifically authorised personnel and may be brought to the knowledge of third parties such as professionals, consultants, partner stores and more generally third parties who cooperate with Miniconf S.p.a. in pursuing the above purposes.

Nature of consent to personal data processing

The provision of and consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated at points v, vi, viii and ix above is necessary in order to fill and manage customer requests, with the consequent impossibility in the case of refusal of using the services strictly related to registration. Conversely, consent is optional for the purposes set out in points x (so-called direct marketing purposes) and xi (so-called profiling purposes); however, it should be noted that in case of refusal of consent we will be unable to guarantee information on the development of our services, whereas a refusal will have no consequence on your ability to access the features offered by the Website.
Miniconf S.p.a. ensures that the processing of the personal data provided, whether or not by electronic or in any case automated means, will be carried out using instruments suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality. It may include - in compliance with the limitations and conditions laid down by Legislative Decree 196/2003 - one or more of the following operations on personal data: collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, modification, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, destruction.

Scope of dissemination of personal data

Personal data will not be disseminated.

Controller of the processing

Controller of the processing of personal data is Miniconf S.p.a., with Headquarters at Ortignano Raggiolo (Ar), via Provinciale 1/A, which will use them for the above purposes.

Rights of the data subject

With regard to the data controller, it is always possible for the data subject to exercise his/her rights as per art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, which is here reproduced in full:

1.The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2.The data subject has the right to obtain information:

a. regarding the origin of the personal data;
b. the purposes and methods of processing;
c. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. the identification details of the controller, processors and the representative appointed pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.;
e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of such data in their capacity as designated representatives within the territory of the State, data processors or appointees.

3.The data subject has the right to obtain:

a. the updating, rectification or, if interested, the integration of data;
b. the cancellation, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of unlawfully processed data, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were originallhy collected or subsequently processed;
c. attestation that the operations as per letters a) and b) of point 2 above, including their content, have been brought to the attention of the entities to which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is being protected.

4.The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a. to the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b. to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.


We inform data subjects that in order to conclude an online purchase they must state they have read the privacy policy and release their personal data indicated as necessary in the form.
Data subjects must specifically consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing reasons for the purpose of sending information and advertising materials, such as newsletters and catalogues related to the activities carried out within the Website, also by email, as well as for profiling reasons for the purpose of inclusion in the customer database of Miniconf S.p.a. to trace customer profiles and for the analysis of their preferences.

Modifications to Privacy Statement

Miniconf S.p.a reserves the right to modify this statement at any time.
