Privacy policy statement in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, art. 10
We hereby inform you that the processing of your data will be carried out under Legislative Decree 196/2003, in full compliance with the principles of propriety, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of confidentiality established by the regulations in effect.

1. Aims of the processing:
A) obligations envisaged by law, EC regulations and laws or provisions of the Authority and watchdog bodies.
B) Management of customers and suppliers (e.g. lists, billing, orders,estimates, complaints, contacts).
C) Personnel and curriculum vitae management.
D) Promotional activity and commercial communications.

2. Processing method:
information is processed with the aid of computer equipment and paper media, with the use of security procedures organized in advance.

3. Obligatory/optional nature of the consent:
consent to the processing of personal data is optional.

4. Refusal of consent:
refusal of consent will prevent the filling of orders and fulfilment of the contractual and legal obligations. Refusal of consent to point D) blocks the sending of commercial communications. The provisions of Art. 130 of Legislative Decree196/2003 remain in effect.

5. Communication of data:
data may be communicated to the persons in charge of the processing, parties to the contract, or Authority in the cases envisaged by law.

6. Dissemination:
the data processed will not be disseminated.

7. Rights of the party concerned:
as per Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - The party concerned is entitled to obtain the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data on him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form. - The party concerned is entitled to obtain indication of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the processing aims and procedures; c) the logic used in the case of processing carried out with electronic instruments; d) the identifying details of the data controller, data supervisors, and designated representative pursuant to Art. 5, paragraph 2; e) the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know them in their capacity as designated representative within the national territory, data supervisors, or persons in charge. - The party concerned is entitled to obtain: a) the updating, correction or, when so interested, completion of the data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, including those for which preservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) la statement certifying that the operations stated under letters a) and b) have been made known, including in relation to their contents, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this is impossible or entails a use of resources manifestly disproportional to the right protected. - The party concerned is entitled to object, entirely or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of any personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of any personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct mailing materials , carrying out market surveys, or making commercial communications.
